What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through one of our forms. The data we collect includes:

- Your email address
- Your workspace name
- Your city or town (on the GBP audit form)
- Any message you include (on the contact form)
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry or audit request
- Follow up about our services where relevant
We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Lawful basis for processing
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, your consent (submitting a form on our site).
Form submissions
Form data is processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service based in the United States. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We retain form submission data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
Analytics
We use Simple Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Simple Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. All data is aggregated and anonymous. Simple Analytics is fully compliant with GDPR, PECR, and ePrivacy regulations.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. The Meta Pixel may collect:

- Actions you take (such as submitting a form)
